Controlling multiple houses from the same intuis app

Yes, it is possible to manage multiple properties equipped with the intuis connect with Netatmo solution from the same smartphone.

Create the installation if it does not already exist

Add this new installation to your intuis connect with Netatmo application:

1. In the main screen of the intuis connect with Netatmo application, tap on the icon or then select Add a house.
2. Follow the instructions to install the new property.

 

If the installation already exists but you have not been invited yet

1. Ask someone who already has access to this installation to go to the main screen of the intuis connect with Netatmo application by tapping on the icon
   • on Android
   • on iOS 
     • then go to the Manage my guests tab.
2. Have them select Add a user and enter the email address associated with your intuis connect with Netatmo account.

If the installation already exists and you are among the guests

1. On Android: In the main screen of the intuis connect with Netatmo application, tap on the icon or then tap on the arrow next to the name of the installation you currently control. On iOS: Tap on the arrow below the name of the installations.
2. A list of installations where you are invited will appear, select the one you want to control now.
